What’s the best way to contact support?

Guidelines when submitting a Support Request:

  • Provide the support ticket with a good and thorough problem description and only one issue per case number
  • If you are reporting a bug, please describe how you reproduce the error step by step, what are the actual results and what was the expected result
  • Always test the issue on latest released version.
  • Please enclose any relevant attachments.
